Are all of the fragrances phthalate-free?
Yes. My goal is to supply gentle products with the cleanest fragrances I can find. I have a handful of main suppliers that I use, and they are each highly credible companies with very clean fragrance options. If you want to learn more, check out the blog page.
How long until I receive my order?
Current processing times are listed in the announcement bar at the top of the home page. Everything is made in small batches with some products being made fresh when you order. Shipping times vary per carrier and destination.
What is your refund policy?
I currently do not offer a strict refund policy due to the nature of the products. Every order is packed with care and extra precautions to ensure that your package withstands the rough environment of the shipping process. If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact me at whiffly@yahoo.com. I appreciate everyone who orders from me and takes a chance on a scent that they did not get to sample in person. Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on a product that you did not like the scent of. However, you can email me and I can offer some assistance.
